Local tax

  • In addition to the accommodation price, a local tax of € 3,50 per person per day is charged. (from 15 years)

Important booking information

  • Bathrobes are available at our reception for a deposit of € 25,- and € 20,- will be refunded upon return.
  • Dogs ONLY on request. We charge € 15,- per day without food, in the new rooms and suites the dog costs € 20,- per day. Pets are not allowed in the dining room, AlmSpa and indoor pool.
  • Your reservation is only binding after written confirmation by both parties.
  • Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to confirm a specific room number or floor.
  • Payment: You are welcome to pay on site in cash, EC card, VISA or Mastercard, a transfer to our business account before the start of your holiday is of course also possible.

Arrival/Departure

  • CHECK-OUT: until 10:00 o'clock
  • CHECK-IN: from 15:00 o'clock
  • Should you arrive after 6 pm, please inform us shortly.
