Drachtental in Oberau in the Wildschönau is an adventure park like no other: a modern Alpine Coaster, Tyrol's first 5D cinema, a go-kart track, a bag jump, a play lake and an ice skating rink in winter are just some of the attractions.

In the centre of Oberau, just 5 kilometres from us, a giant dragon with sharp teeth in its mouth greets us. It is the landmark of the new Drachental family leisure park. Those who dare to walk past it enter a world of games, fun and thrills - summer and winter alike.

IN SUMMER...

You can't miss the centrepiece of the ride: the Dragon Flitzer. The modern and very comfortable Alpine Coaster takes young and old on a 1,355 metre long, spectacular descent with bends, bridges and three roundabouts up to 25 metres high. Tyrol's first 5D cinema, which shows short action films, is also a new kind of thrill. In summer there is also an MTB area with trails and a pump track, a go-kart and tubing track, a motor skills course, a jump tower with a bag jump, a play lake with rafts and a fun court for footballers, basketballers and volleyballers

AS WELL AS IN WINTER

...skating and curling are among the activities on the programme. And of course there is also a restaurant with a large terrace for the hungry and thirsty: the "Grisu".

The family park "Drachental" is definitely worth a visit and makes children's hearts beat faster.
