The ingredients of our cuisine are the best quality products with a guaranteed origin, delicacies from our farm, the alpine pastures and the region, the finest sausage specialities from our meat processing plant, fresh produce from Tyrolean gardens and meat from responsible breeding.

Knowing where it comes from has always been important to us!

In our kitchen we focus on the use of Tyrolean products and offer our guests a special treat from our region. Quality you can taste!

We pay attention to the origin of our products, whether from our own farm or from local farmers. Regionality is very important to us. We are close to our home and we are convinced that our way is the right way. That is why we were awarded the "Bewusst Tirol" label in 2022. This is an award for Tyrolean businesses that use local products and thus strengthen the cooperation between tourism and agriculture.

OUR CULINARY

Always fresh, local, seasonal and delicious!

Start your day with a rich breakfast buffet with many products from our farm. Enjoy the delicious organic milk, fresh from the alpine pasture in summer, the home-smoked bacon, the sausage specialities from our own butchery, the eggs from the neighbouring farm or the delicious farm yoghurt and farm butter.

In our spacious, bright, alpine-style dining room you can choose from a 3-course menu with a rich starter and salad buffet every evening, including traditional Tyrolean dishes.

Pure pleasure - pure nature

Ideal, because fresh mountain air makes you hungry!

When we say "our products", we mean our products, fresh from our farm.

Our own meat from young cattle that have just spent the summer on the farm's own alpine pasture, no long transport routes, direct slaughter in our own EU-compliant slaughterhouse, without stress for the animals, a special quality that you can't get everywhere.

A very special treasure is our own drinking water source. The water bubbles fresh from our mountain spring and can be enjoyed in the best quality without any treatment.

Breakfast buffet

A perfect start to the day starts with a balanced breakfast, because breakfast is the most important meal of the day! And that's exactly what we serve from 8.00 to 9.30 every day.

In the evening

After an active day, we treat you to a 3-course meal from 18.00 to 19.30. The rich starter and salad buffet leaves nothing to be desired!

In summer additionally

Homemade cakes and coffee from the buffet from 15.00 to 16.00.
