We would like to point out that the 14-day right of withdrawal according to § 18 Para. 1 Z10 FAGG does not exist.
Cancellations are only valid in writing or by email, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
To protect yourself, we recommend to settle a travel cancellation insurance.
Even if you don't want it, something can always come up before the start of your holiday. It is very important to us that our guests are happy and we constantly strive to ensure their satisfaction.
We therefore recommend that you take out hotel cancellation insurance.
